    川普的勝選正給予大陸少數懷抱西方民主夢的自由派一記「當頭棒喝」，這種操作民粹主義的勝利方程式，凸顯美國國家治理能力的缺乏。





    以《歷史終結論》走紅的日裔美籍學者法蘭西斯?福山近年備受大陸領導人重視，福山認為「政治秩序」，主要由國家治理能力（state），法治（rule of law）及民主問責（democracy）三者構成，缺一不可。

    上海同濟大學國際與公共事務研究院院長夏立平指出，川普勝選對美國民主、政府運作機制造成很大衝擊，也暴露出民主選舉制度缺失所在，這對大陸當前在推動改革有很大借鑑。
